3. Books & Printed Materials

All book and workbook sales are final unless damaged in transit or misprinted.
If your book arrives defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the damage or misprint

We will promptly send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on availability.

4. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for the same item in a different size or color (for apparel only), provided the item is in new condition.
To start an exchange, please email our support team before mailing any items back.

5. Return Process
